Our Speakers

Dr Scott Levy is co-Founder and CEO of Bedford Row Capital (BRC), Scott founded the firm in early 2016 bringing together a management team with decades of experience across both structured finance and technology that has since executed more than 100 public transactions across virtually all asset classes and sectors as diverse as trade finance, central bank liquidity, sukuk, liquidity management, high yield project finance and green bonds. Scott has more than 25 years of global experience in financial services. In addition to BRC Scott serves on the Investment Committee for Wolfson College at Cambridge University and is a visiting lecturer at the Estonian Business School.

Professor Kevin Haines is Bedford Row Capital's head of social policy and focuses on leading the firm’s ESG offering, developing due diligence processes to identify ESG-compliant firms looking to issue debt securities and communicating the firm's approach on ESG to investors. He previously lead a distinguished academic career as a criminologist for over 30 years and most recently led the criminology department at the University of Trinidad and Tobago as a criminologist and before that the University of Swansea. In addition he has also been involved in high profile projects including with the UK’s former Department for International Development, in reforming the children’s criminal justice system in Romania.
