Join YPFP for an exciting panel discussion about the need for global cooperation in distributing vaccines and medical supplies to developing nations. We have two thought leaders in this field joining us: Robert Sutton of Abu Dhabi ports and the HOPE Consortium and Ruth Lopert of the OECD. These panelists will first dive into specific issues then answer questions from the audience in our Q&A session.

Robert Sutton is Head of Abu Dhabi Ports' Logistics Cluster where he develops and implements Abu Dhabi Ports' logistics strategy and works with customers and partners to meet their business requirements and develop value-driven relationships. Robert brings more than 20 years of experience across traditional, multi-modal, and digital supply chains spanning the MENA region, Asia, and Europe. He is also involved in the HOPE consortium which was developed to deliver the COVID-19 vaccine safely and efficiently across the world.

Ruth Lopert is a public health physician and pharmaco-economist and currently leads the OECD's work on pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She is also a chercheur associe principal at the University of Strasbourg and an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Policy & Management at George Washington University in Washington, DC. From 2008-2011, Ruth was the chief medical officer in the FDA's Australian counterpart, the Therapeutic Goods Administration, and prior to that established and directed the pharmaceutical policy unit in the Australian Department of Health.
