The UK Permanent Representative to NATO, David Quarrey CMG, would like to invite you to participate in a discussion on the upcoming NATO Summit: “NATO – the Road to Madrid: Changing today to meet the challenges of tomorrow”. It will take place on 9 June, 18:30-20:30 CEST at the British Ambassador’s Residence at Rue Ducale 17, 1000 Brussels.
At the end of June, NATO will hold a Summit in Madrid, where leaders will adopt a new Strategic Concept, a document that sets out the current and future security challenges that we face. It is vital that NATO remains relevant and able to deal with not only the challenges of today, but also for tomorrow. We want to invite you, the next generation, to learn more about how NATO is changing and to hear your views on whether NATO is addressing what you see as tomorrow’s challenges. The discussion will be followed by a reception where you will be able to network and continue to exchange your views.
