February's Book Club session will meet to discuss Crude Nation: How Oil Riches Ruined Venezuela by Raul Gallegos. Despite Venezuela's vast reserves of crude oil, a dysfunctional government has precipitated an economic free fall. A former Caracas based oil correspondent, Gallegos analyzes the mismanagement that created the current situation and makes recommendations for the country's repair.
