The discussion on nuclear energy being deemed as a clean source has been a long-standing one. The ongoing invasion of Ukraine has continued to add to this contentious debate due to the fact that it left global energy markets in an unstable and uncertain position, leading to supply problems and price increases. The European Union is now discussing if Nuclear energy is a viable alternative source of energy, however, its adoption does not come without considerable pros and cons.
